The location of the hotel was the best and incredible - just a short walk away from Henderson Center. I went everywhere from a subway station as it was near the venue. I had good sized room complete with separate living area & bedroom, a very comfortable bed...

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key attractions like the train station, Forbidden City, and Tiananmen Square within easy walking distance. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was extensive and offered a wide variety of options, perfect for starting the day off right. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and eager to assist with any requests.
One downside of the hotel was the language barrier at the front desk, as it was difficult to find someone who spoke English. Another issue was the high cost of dining at the hotel's restaurants, leading us to eat elsewhere.

Excellent hotel. We mistakenly ordered something from room service and refused it when it came. They didn't charge us for that. The hotel is at a prime location with subway only 5 min walk. The staff was very cooperative. They helped us with our luggage and booked our tour to the Great Wall which we were very pleased with. I would recommend this hotel.
